The Milwaukee 6" 24 TPI SAWZALL® blades (50 pack) are specialized thin-metal cutting blades designed for precision work in light-gauge steel and sheet metal applications. They are the finest-tooth-count blade in your lineup, built for clean, controlled cutting rather than speed or demolition.

The 24 TPI (teeth per inch) design provides a very fine cutting action, which is optimized for:

• Thin-wall conduit (EMT, thin steel)
• Sheet metal and ductwork
• Light-gauge steel studs
• Small-diameter tubing and thin pipe

This high tooth count produces a smooth, clean cut with minimal burrs, making it ideal for finish-quality metal work where control matters more than cutting speed.

Because the teeth are more closely spaced, this blade reduces grabbing and vibration in thin materials, helping prevent deformation of soft or thin-walled metal during cutting. However, it is not designed for wood or heavy demolition, as the fine teeth would clog or dull quickly in those materials.
