Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • FedEx Ground: Standard delivery, usually arrives within 3–7 business days.
  • FedEx Second Day Air: Expedited delivery within 2 business days.
  • FedEx Next-Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by the next business day.
  • LTL Freight Shipping: Used for oversized, heavy, or fragile items (such as furniture or large equipment). All freight deliveries are curbside only. Inside delivery, lift-gate service, or special handling can be arranged for an additional fee.

If you need a different delivery method or have special shipping requirements, please contact us prior to placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.


Shipping Costs

We do not offer a flat-rate shipping fee due to the wide range of product sizes and shipping destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Size and weight of the item(s)
  • Chosen shipping method
  • Special delivery conditions or access limitations

Larger and fragile items requiring freight shipping may incur additional charges for handling or specialized delivery services.

Shipping costs are subject to change after order placement. In rare cases, changes may occur due to:

  • Carrier-imposed surcharges

Lead Times

  • Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Freight shipments typically take 3–5 business days to process before shipping.
  • Transit times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

These estimates only apply for items that are in stock. If your item is not in stock at the time of purchase it will take longer than the provided lead times to ship. Please refer to the product page for stock information and lead time estimates.


Changes After Ordering

Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to modify the shipping method. Orders are transmitted immediately to our fulfillment team to ensure fast processing and minimize delays.
