Refund policy

Please Read Before Starting a Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines:

  • All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition, complete with original packaging and all parts included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 30 days will be refused.
  • An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns. Returns without an RMA number may be refused or incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging and components may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless an error was made by Standard Plumbing Supply or it's associates. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Additional Return Information

  • Special Order items are non-returnable.
  • Installed products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Toilet seats cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, due to health regulations.
  • Tools are not returnable, including crimpers, curb keys, torches, and similar products.
  • Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Any damage during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items shipped for free and then refused will be charged the full cost of outbound and return shipping fees. No exceptions.
  • Any package refused by the recipient before contacting us will incur a 20% restocking fee and will be charged for return shipping.

Defective Items

If your item arrives defective from the manufacturer, please contact us first before returning it. We’ll work with you to find the best solution. Do not return defective products without speaking to a representative.

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your Order History.

  2. Open the order you wish to return.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to submit a return request.
