Cancellation policy

At Standard Plumbing Supply, we understand that plans can change. Please review the following guidelines for canceling purchase options, including scheduled orders, special orders, and subscriptions (if applicable):

Standard Orders

• Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting our customer service team.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return following our Returns Policy.
• Refunds for canceled orders (if eligible) will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Special Orders

• All special orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed.
• Due to the customized or made-to-order nature of these products, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not permitted.

General Notes

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via our contact page.
• Standard Plumbing Supply reserves the right to deny a cancellation request if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is non-cancellable based on product type.
