The Milwaukee TORCH™ 6" 8 TPI with CARBIDE TEETH SAWZALL® blades are heavy-duty demolition blades designed for cutting tough metals and mixed jobsite materials where standard bi-metal blades wear out quickly. This 3-pack is built for contractors doing repetitive demolition, plumbing removal, and structural cutting work.
These blades use Milwaukee’s carbide-tooth technology, which dramatically increases durability compared to standard bi-metal blades. The carbide teeth are designed to stay sharper longer when cutting through black pipe, angle iron, rebar, stainless steel, and even wood with embedded nails or fasteners.
With an 8 TPI (teeth per inch) configuration, the blade is tuned for aggressive cutting in thick materials. This lower tooth count allows faster material removal and better chip clearing, which helps reduce heat buildup during heavy-duty cuts.
The 6" length makes it ideal for controlled demolition work in tight spaces, while still providing enough reach for structural cuts. The rigid blade body helps maintain stability when cutting harder materials, reducing flex and improving cut accuracy under load.
Compared to standard bi-metal blades, TORCH carbide blades are designed to last significantly longer in abrasive and metal-heavy applications, reducing blade changes on demanding jobs.
