The Milwaukee 2960-22R M18 FUEL™ 3/8" Mid-Torque Impact Wrench Kit w/ Friction Ring is a professional cordless fastening system designed to deliver strong torque in a compact, highly usable size, making it one of the most popular “daily driver” impacts in automotive and mechanical work.
Powered by a POWERSTATE™ brushless motor, this mid-torque impact delivers up to 650 ft-lbs of nut-busting torque, giving it enough strength to handle lug nuts, suspension hardware, and most medium-to-heavy automotive fasteners while still remaining lighter and more maneuverable than high-torque models.
The kit configuration includes M18 REDLITHIUM batteries and a charger, giving you a complete ready-to-use setup right out of the box—ideal for users building or upgrading their Milwaukee M18 system.
A 3/8" friction ring anvil allows for fast socket changes while maintaining solid retention during use. The compact body design improves access in tight engine bays and confined work areas, where larger high-torque impacts can be awkward or unnecessary.
Milwaukee’s 4-Mode DRIVE CONTROL system lets you adjust output for different tasks, including an auto shut-off mode to prevent over-tightening and a bolt removal mode that slows RPM after breakaway for better control.
