The Milwaukee 48-52-5020 is a 4-inch stainless-steel twist knot wire wheel brush designed for aggressive surface cleaning and weld preparation when used with angle grinders. It is engineered to remove weld splatter, rust, scale, oxidation, and heavy debris from metal surfaces in fabrication and maintenance applications.
The wheel uses twist-knot stainless steel wire, which provides greater stiffness and durability than crimped wire brushes. This construction allows the brush to apply more pressure during cleaning, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial and construction tasks.
Milwaukee’s Hyperwire™ construction improves material removal speed while extending brush life. Precision balancing reduces vibration during operation, providing better control and smoother performance on grinders.
