The Milwaukee 48-52-5010 is a 4-inch stringer bead wire wheel brush designed for aggressive cleaning and weld preparation using angle grinders. It is commonly used to remove weld slag, rust, scale, and paint, especially along narrow weld seams and joints.
This wire wheel features high-strength carbon steel wires arranged in a narrow “stringer bead” configuration. This design concentrates the wires in a tighter pattern, allowing the brush to reach into tight grooves and weld beads where standard wire wheels may not clean effectively.
