Product Description – Milwaukee 2551-22 M12 FUEL SURGE™ Impact Driver Kit
The Milwaukee 2551-22 M12 FUEL SURGE™ is a 12-volt cordless 1/4" hex hydraulic impact driver kit designed to deliver powerful fastening performance with significantly quieter operation and reduced vibration compared to traditional impact drivers. It uses Milwaukee’s FLUID-DRIVE™ hydraulic powertrain, which provides smoother driving and longer sustained torque during fastening applications.
Powered by a POWERSTATE™ brushless motor, the driver delivers speeds up to 3,200 RPM for fast screw driving and improved productivity. Despite lower peak torque than standard impact drivers, the hydraulic mechanism maintains consistent torque output, allowing it to efficiently complete common fastening tasks.
The compact and lightweight design provides excellent access in tight spaces, making it ideal for installation work in electrical, cabinet, and HVAC applications. Built-in REDLINK PLUS™ intelligence protects the tool and battery from overload, overheating, and over-discharge, helping extend service life.
