The Milwaukee 49-16-2496X IPS-P Pivoting Press Ring Kit is a professional press accessory set designed for use with the Milwaukee M12™ FORCE LOGIC™ Press Tool. It enables installers to quickly create secure press connections on 1/2″ to 1″ Iron Pipe Size (IPS) carbon steel and stainless-steel piping systems, eliminating the need for welding or threading.
This kit is designed for press-fit steel piping systems such as Viega® MegaPress® and Apollo® PowerPress® fittings. When used with the compatible X3 ring jaw and M12 FORCE LOGIC press tool, the rings compress fittings in a single press cycle, producing consistent and leak-free connections.
The pivoting ring design allows the ring to rotate around the pipe, providing better access in tight installation spaces such as mechanical rooms, wall cavities, or overhead piping. This improves maneuverability when working around installed piping systems.
