PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The 1001 Series Full Port Ball Valves are Maintenance-Free because the stem seals with two FKM O-rings instead of the traditional gland follower or packing gland design. No call backs are necessary to tighten a packing nut. The bottom loaded stem is blow-out proof and includes a PTFE thrust washer that reduces friction and makes for easier actuation. The valve body, end adaptor and cavity ball are forged brass for lighter weight and greater durability, resulting in less torque necessary to actuate the valve and longer life for the seats. The steel handle is Dacromet® coated and will not corrode in aggressive environments. Every valve is manufactured to precise tolerances in a completely automated ISO certified factory and 100% pressure tested. The 1001 Series of ball valves are offered in a variety of configurations for residential, commercial and industrial applications. The T/S-1001 is constructed of UNS C37700 forged brass. The T/S-1001NL is constructed of no lead binary brass alloy.
