Topaz's Schedule 40 PVC female adapters, designed with a hub/slip, also known as a female end are fabricated for strength and resilience. Female adapters are for use with the spigot or male ends of PVC pipe to adapt nonmetallic conduit to boxes. PVC construction maintains its integrity far longer than other materials and is highly resistant to corrosion from acids. Recommended for use to transition threaded metal conduit to PVC conduit as well as joining PVC to PVC. Available in 1/2” to 6” sizes; cULus approved.
