The ARL-FBS1423 is a steel fan/fixture support ceiling box designed for mounting ceiling fans or light fixtures directly to the side of a joist.

Product Description

This is Arlington’s Steel ONE-BOX® fan-rated ceiling box, built for new construction or retrofit installations where a strong, fan-rated side-mount box is needed.

It mounts to the side of a ceiling joist for a rigid installation and is commonly used when replacing a standard light box with a box capable of supporting a ceiling fan.
