TURBO-KLEEN A/C FLUSH KIT

The TURBO-KLEEN A/C FLUSH KIT (82500) is a refrigeration system cleaning kit made by RectorSeal for HVAC service work.

What it is

It’s a chemical flushing system used to clean air conditioning and refrigeration line sets when:

• Replacing a failed compressor (“burnout” cleanup)
• Converting systems (ex: R-22 to R-410A)
• Removing contamination before installing new components

What’s included

The 82500 kit typically contains:

• Injector nozzle / canister system
• Flush tool
• Connecting hose/tubing
• 1 pint of Turbo-Kleen cleaning solution

What it does

Inside HVAC lines, it removes:

• Compressor oil
• Sludge and carbon buildup
• Burned residue from system failure

It works by pushing a chemical solution + scrubbing turbulence through the lines to clean them out before a new compressor or system charge.
